We are a niche craft beverage taproom located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. We brew our meads in the basement of our Taproom in one-barrel fermenters – we are a nanobrewery! We use traditional brewing techniques and use multiple varietals of honey, and fruits which flavor to our meads.
Our Meads are a little hazy because they are unfiltered and minimally processed. We keg our meads while fermentation is still ongoing so that you can have a naturally carbonated mead in your glass. Our mead is aged with whole dried spices, whole fruit, or fruit purees which contributes to the meads complex flavor and rich aromatic profiles.
